Standard Terms & Conditions
1. STALL INFORMATION
1.1. Provided outside gazebo stalls are a standard size of 3m x 3m and the inside hall standard size is 2.5m x 2.5m. (A maximum of 2 stalls may be acquired by any one vendor)
1.2. Vendors are responsible for their own setup (tables, chairs, branding material, dividers, decor, rails, etc.).
1.3. This is an indoor/outdoor market at a secure venue.
1.4. Vendors must please make sure they have enough stock and business cards for the duration of the market.
1.5. Vendors will handle their own cash sales and are welcome to bring along their own card facilities/snap scan (make sure you have enough cash for change).
1.6. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own carry bags/packaging.
1.7. Please advise if you require electricity at your stall (additional cost of R50.00 will be incurred per stall) Should you require electricity, the vendor is responsible for their own extension cords and plugs.
1.8. The precise location of the stall will be at the Organisers’ reasonable discretion.
1.9. All fixtures and fittings other than the stall itself in terms of this agreement will be prepared and installed entirely at the vendors cost, but subject to the Organisers being entitled to issue written directives with regard to materials layout and design thereof.
1.10 The vendor may not remove or dismantle any portion of the stall before expiry of the duration of the market.
1.11. The vendor must remove the installation and return the stall to the condition in which it was given to the vendor, by no later than 18:30 on Sunday 29th October 2017.
1.12. The vendors gazebo will be the vendors full responsibility , should any loss or damages occur while in the possession of the vendor, the vendor will be liable in full for any repairs or replacement of the gazebo.
1.13. All vendors will receive a vendor slip upon entry to the show. We will require you to put the vendor slip on your dashboard in plain view. We require all vendors to park on the other side of the Crawford School in order to open closer parking to our customers.
2.DATE & VENUE
*28th and 29th October 2017 (28th October Fair Times: 09h00 to 16h00) & (29th October Times: 10h00 to 15h00)

* This is an indoor/outdoor market.
3.1. The cost of a stall is R1050.00 without electricity.
3.2. A 50% non refundable deposit is payable immediately once the vendor has been approved and allocated a stand.
3.3. Your stall is only confirmed once we have received your payment in full.

3.6. Should the vendor cancel the stall booked after 31 July 2017, the organisers will not refund stall/deposits fees for cancellations after this date, unless a replacement can be found for your stand.
4. SELECTION CRITERIA
4.1. Products and services must be unique and creative.
4.2. Products and services may be sourced locally and internationally.
4.3. Products must be aimed at moms, babies, children or all three.
4.4. Organisers will only allow a few selected vendors per category to avoid repetition and to give the vendors a fair chance. It also allows our guests to see a good variety of products and services.
5.CANCELLATION OF THE MARKET
5.1 All aspects of the promotion and marketing of the market will be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organisers.
5.2 The parties agree and acknowledge that the Organisers make no warranties or representations regarding the success of the market, nor the number of persons expected to attend the market.
5.3 The parties agree and acknowledge that the Organisers may, in their own discretion cancel or postpone the market, in which event the vendor will be entitled to be refunded with all amounts paid to the Organisers by the vendor in respect of the market.
6.1 The Vendor irrevocably and unconditionally waive all rights and claims that he/she may have against the Organisation, the members of it personally and/or any employees, representatives or contractors of the Organisers, resulting from, directly or indirectly, in the widest sense, the actions or inactions of any of the above-mentioned persons including the negligence of all or any of them in respect of their obligation in terms of this agreement and in addition hereby indemnify and hold any of the above-mentioned persons harmless against any claims that may be instituted against all or any of them (including legal cost on a scale as between attorney and own client), by any third parties resulting from any actions or inactions stipulated above.
6.2 The Organisers will not be liable for any damages or lost of income, direct or indirect, of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused including but not limited to theft, weather, fire, cancellation of the market, attendance of the market and power failure, suffered by the Stall Holder and furthermore the Organisers will not be responsible for any damage of whatsoever nature caused to the stall or other property brought into the market by the Stall Holder or his/her servants, or for any injury to the person of the Stall Holder or any of its servants, howsoever such damage or injury may have been caused.
